Start with the Project Specification
Send your drawings or glass schedule, application, quantity and destination. The first discussion should establish the required glass configuration and the details that need clarification. Complex geometry and special processing require review against the complete project requirements.
Confirm the Production Scope
The proposed order should identify glass types and treatments, dimensions, tolerances, edge details, openings and any required markings. Associated window or door components can be included where relevant to the project. The confirmed supply scope should make the responsibilities and deliverables clear.
Agree Quality and Documentation Requirements
Inspection records can be provided, and third-party inspection can be coordinated. Agree the inspection scope, acceptance criteria and required records for the proposed order. Requested certificates and test reports are checked for the relevant product, configuration, issuing party and scope.
Plan Packing and Export Delivery
The Tobago project photographs show curved panels in timber packing frames following dimensional rechecks. Packing and securing arrangements are selected for the panel geometry, size, quantity and transport plan. Confirm the destination, packing requirements and delivery terms with the quotation.
