Email address and project requirements are required. Name, company, glass type and destination are optional. We also use a request reference and the source-page path to handle the enquiry. Please provide only information needed to discuss your glass supply. Do not include passwords, payment-card details or unrelated personal information. Files are not uploaded by this form; drawings can be sent separately by email.

We use enquiry details to review requirements, respond to you and prepare a supply quotation. Submitting an enquiry does not subscribe you to a marketing mailing list. The form does not send an automatic acknowledgement to your email address. No advertising or marketing analytics tags are installed in this release.

Cloudflare hosts the website and stores enquiry records in D1. Resend sends a notification containing the submitted details to info@evermadeglass.com, our company mailbox hosted by Alibaba Mail. These services have separate data handling and storage arrangements. Enquiry information is used by the business and providers involved in operating and responding to the enquiry workflow.

Enquiry records in D1 expire after 12 calendar months and are removed by scheduled maintenance. Email copies, provider records and backups are managed separately; deleting a D1 record does not automatically delete those copies. Email info@evermadeglass.com to request review, correction or deletion of your enquiry information. Include the reference or project details needed to locate it; do not send additional sensitive identification unless it is needed and requested.

The form uses a one-hour Secure, HttpOnly session cookie and Cloudflare Turnstile to protect submissions. Turnstile processes technical browser and connection signals to help detect automated submissions. Our application stores keyed IP hashes for rate limiting rather than raw IPs in its rate-limit table. Rate-limit and duplicate-receipt records expire after one day and are removed by hourly maintenance; enquiry records have the separate retention period above. Mail-service and internal integration secrets are not sent to the browser.
