For designers, contractors & glass businesses · Export supply from China

Specifications and Custom Fabrication
Include the glass thickness and type, finished panel dimensions, shape, edge finish, holes and cut-outs. Where the project specifies dimensional tolerances or visual acceptance criteria, include those documents too. The proposed combination is reviewed before fabrication requirements are confirmed.
A Drawing Checklist for Your Enquiry
Panel schedule: dimensions, thickness, quantity and identification marks. Edge details: finish and any special profiles. Openings: hole and cut-out dimensions and positions. Glass specification: colour, substrate, coating and intended build-up where required. Project requirements: application, documents, destination and delivery date. An initial enquiry can start with the details currently available.
Treatment and Glass Build-Ups
State the exact treatment and final glass build-up required by your project specification. If heat soaking, heat-strengthened glass, a laminated build-up or an insulated unit is specified, list it separately so its availability and applicable documentation can be reviewed. The project design and specification determine the required configuration.
Architectural Supply Scope
We welcome enquiries for glass used in building façades, partitions, doors and other architectural components. Submit the intended location and project specification rather than relying on a product name alone. Where curved panels are involved, use the curved glass page to review the geometry information needed.
UAE Residential Project: 15 mm Low-Iron Tempered Glass
EVERMADE GLASS supplied 15 mm low-iron tempered glass to a building contractor for residential fencing in the United Arab Emirates. The supplied photograph shows the edges of the glass panels before installation. The glass configuration, fixing details and project requirements for a new enquiry are reviewed with the contractor. Provide drawings and the project specification for a similar enquiry.

Quality and Documentation Requirements
Inspection records can be provided, and third-party inspection can be coordinated for the agreed supply scope. Include the required product specification and acceptance criteria with your enquiry so the inspection scope and documents can be confirmed before production. Any test report or certificate must match the relevant product and configuration.
Packing and Export Coordination
Share the panel schedule, quantity, destination and delivery requirements. These details inform the packing plan, transport scope and quotation. Packing and lead time are confirmed for the order.

Project questions
Is toughened glass the same product term as tempered glass?
The terms are commonly used for the same heat-treated product category in different markets. Include the exact treatment and project specification in your enquiry so the required product is clear.
Can I request holes, cut-outs or shaped panels?
Yes. Include their dimensions and positions in the drawing for fabrication review. Feasibility and tolerances are confirmed for the proposed thickness, size and details.
What are your maximum panel dimensions?
Panel size depends on the glass thickness, treatment and complete build-up. Send your panel schedule or drawings so we can review the proposed size, processing and packing together.
Do you supply installation or repair?
Our enquiries are handled as glass supply for projects and trade buyers. Local installation and repair services are outside this supply scope.
What if the order quantity is not final?
Provide the current estimate and panel schedule. You can identify quantities that may change so the supply discussion uses the latest project information.
Have a glass schedule or drawing?
Send the information you have. Include the glass type, approximate quantity and destination. We can clarify the remaining details with you.
