Curved Glass for Projects
Curved architectural glass supply, including curved tempered laminated configurations. Share your drawings, glass build-up and destination to review the geometry, fabrication and export requirements.
For designers, contractors & glass businesses · Export supply from China

Define the Glass Build-Up
Tell us whether your specification calls for a single curved pane, a laminated build-up or an insulated unit. Include the glass type, thickness of each layer, interlayer or cavity, and any coating requirements. Feasibility is reviewed for the complete configuration and geometry.
Curve Geometry and Fabrication Review
For a single-radius panel, provide the radius and its reference surface, panel height, and the arc length or other dimensions shown on your drawing. Include edge details, holes, cut-outs and tolerances where specified. For multi-radius, double-curved or other complex forms, send dimensioned drawings and any available 3D files for a separate feasibility review. Capability for one geometry does not establish feasibility for another. Our supply experience also includes complex curved glass for marine and building projects. Each geometry and build-up still requires its own fabrication review.
Information to Include with Your Drawing
Glass build-up: each glass layer, treatment, interlayer or cavity. Geometry: height, radius reference, arc or chord dimensions and shape. Fabrication: edge finish, holes, cut-outs and specified tolerances. Project: application, quantity, destination and required delivery date. If some details are still being developed, send the available drawing and identify the items to be clarified.
Tobago Project: Curved Tempered Laminated Glass
EVERMADE GLASS supplied curved tempered laminated glass to a contractor for an architectural project in Tobago. The build-up was 8 mm tempered glass + 2.28 mm PVB + 8 mm tempered glass. Recorded dimensions included a height of 3,623 mm and a maximum arc length of 2,898 mm. The photographs document dimensional rechecks coordinated with the customer at the factory, followed by timber packing for the project. These dimensions describe this project, not a general production limit.

Quality Requirements and Project Documents
Send the inspection requirements, applicable project specification and any requested test or certification documents with your enquiry. The relevant documents and their scope need to match the proposed glass configuration. Dimensional, visual and packing requirements should be agreed for the order.
Packing and Export Planning
Panel geometry, dimensions, quantity and destination affect the packing and delivery plan. Provide the destination port or delivery location and the required project date so packing, transport scope and timing can be discussed with the quotation.

Project questions
Can I enquire before the drawings are complete?
Yes. Send the application, proposed glass build-up, approximate dimensions and any available drawing. Identify the details that are still open so the next technical questions can be clarified.
Can you review multi-radius or double-curved glass?
Send the geometry and available drawings or 3D files for a separate feasibility review. Confirmation depends on the complete configuration, dimensions and manufacturing requirements.
Do the Tobago dimensions show your maximum capability?
They describe that project reference. They are not a general maximum size or minimum radius for every glass build-up.
What quantity should I include?
Provide the approximate number of panels, sizes and whether shapes repeat. Quantity is reviewed together with fabrication, packing and destination; there is no single published minimum that applies to every project.
How are price and delivery confirmed?
A quotation depends on the specification, geometry, quantity, required documents, packing and delivery terms. Send those details and the desired project date to start the discussion.
Have a glass schedule or drawing?
Send the information you have. Include the glass type, approximate quantity and destination. We can clarify the remaining details with you.
